7 THINGS TO BE GRATEFUL FOR THIS CHRISTMAS

BE GRATEFUL FOR LIFE

The fact that you are alive is something to be super duper grateful for. Like I said before, When there is life, there is hope. If you ever have a reason to complain this Christmas, remind yourself of all the good things. Remember that you are alive and well and remember that the fact that you are alive and well is solid proof that everything will fall in place sooner than you expect. Be grateful for life because only the living can celebrate Christmas, have fun, complain, eat, talk, etc.

BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE

Yes you might not have everything but you should be grateful for the little you have. Sometimes we complain about all the 1000 things we do not have and forget about the things we have without considering the fact that someone out there prays day and night to have that one thing we have. Appreciating the little things does go a really long way.

BE GRATEFUL FOR THE FACT THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOU

Most people celebrate Christmas without knowing what Christmas is all about. Christmas is an annual festival that is celebrated to remember the birth of Jesus. Jesus died for us. He died to save us. He died to redeem us from sin. Be grateful for the fact that you are set free from sin and eternal damnation because Jesus died for you.

SHELTER

Having a roof above the head is something most people take for granted. You should be grateful because you have a roof over your head, you have something to protect you from the rain, the sun and various climate conditions and you have a place to rest your head.

FAMILY

The family is an important part of everyone’s life. If something bad happens to any of your family members, it affects you. The fact that your family members are alive, well, hale and hearty is one of the biggest things to be grateful for this Christmas.

THE PARTS OF YOUR BODY

Another thing to be thankful for is the fact that the parts of your body are functioning well. You can move your hands, you can see, you can walk, you can talk, you can eat, you can breathe, you can hear.

THE BREAK

So many of us live stressful lives but Christmas gives the opportunity to take a break and relax for a bit! Christmas preparations can be stressful too but Christmas gives us the opportunity to have time off work, unwind and spend time with family and friends!
